We build with durable species like cedar, redwood, or pressure-treated pine, paired with galvanized or stainless hardware for longevity. During installation, we set posts deep in concrete, align rails for structural integrity, and fasten pickets with exterior-grade screws or ring-shank nails. We maintain consistent gaps, step or rack panels to match slopes, and hang gates with heavy-duty hinges and latches for daily use. We finish by cleaning the site and hauling away debris.
We assist with permitting guidance, coordinate utility locates, and back our craftsmanship with a written workmanship warranty.
